HCIB's Generous Contribution to Zoo Negara

HCIB proudly demonstrated its commitment to community and environmental initiatives by donating 320 bags of cement, valued at RM7,200, to Zoo Negara. This generous contribution supported a series of enhancement projects aimed at improving animal habitats and enriching the overall visitor experience at the zoo.
Key Projects & Improvements
- Raccoon Exhibit: The construction of an artificial tree and feeding post added a naturalistic touch, enhancing the environment for the raccoons.
- Giraffe Exhibit: An artificial river was introduced to the ‘Mas Kira’ giraffe enclosure, providing a more stimulating and aesthetically pleasing space for the animals.
Enrichment Centre & Additional Upgrades
- Bird Aviary: Filter flooring was installed for the Milky Stork pond, improving cleanliness and maintenance.
- Bird of Paradise Exhibit: A stone tree was developed, adding a visually captivating feature that mirrors the birds’ natural habitat.
- Deer Shelter: A new shelter was built, ensuring the deer have a comfortable and secure resting area.
Bear Complex & VIP Enhancements
- Wallaby Burrow: A secure and enriching burrow was created for the wallabies.
- Hippo Feeding Area: Enhancements to the VIP feeding area improved the experience for visitors engaging with these majestic animals.
