DOE Perak Officers and Students Visit a

On 23rd March 2022, Hume Cement’s Gopeng Plant had the special privilege of hosting a study tour organized for the Department of Environment (DOE) Perak officers and their current batch of industrial-training students.
A Guided Tour of the Gopeng Plant
During the visit, the DOE entourage was given an insightful tour of the Control Room. Our team briefed them on the types of equipment installed within the plant to effectively control air emissions, showcasing our commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices.
A Focus on Air Emissions Control
The participants were provided with a detailed understanding of how our advanced systems operate to monitor and minimize air pollution, aligning with our ongoing efforts to maintain a clean and safe environment.
